RIGHT TO BE DISABLED?

Should intellectually disabled people be allowed to have children?

Internationally there are many instancces of disabled female children being sterilised - it is extremely rare for this to happen to males. The primary reason is said to be to make them more 'manageable', particularly in regard to menstruation. Here are some links to read:
